What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute end-to-end robotics data collection programs in the APAC region. This includes launching new data collection initiatives from the ground up, setting up residential homes, offices, Airbnbs, and field locations as needed. You will design workflows that are practical and effective in real-world environments, ensuring that data collection is efficient and meets the needs of the robotics labs.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including engineering teams and external partners, to ensure that all operational aspects align with project goals. Your role will involve continuous improvement of processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing best practices in operations management.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of data collection programs, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future direction of Instawork Robotics Labs.
