Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Amazon Connect to lead the development of AI-powered customer experience solutions. You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technical environments, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business solutions, particularly in customer experience contexts. You are skilled in stakeholder management and have a proven track record of collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful products. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve product outcomes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value to customers. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with generative AI technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with contact center operations and workforce management solutions. You have a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product features that enhance user experience. A background in software development or engineering can be beneficial, as it helps you engage effectively with technical teams.
