You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you understand the intricacies of repairing dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels and are skilled in advanced glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes hail repair, creases, and body lines, ensuring that every vehicle you work on meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You are familiar with the latest tools and technologies in the automotive repair industry — you stay updated on best practices and are always looking for ways to improve your skills. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of attention to detail in every repair you perform. What you'll do

As an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for using advanced techniques to repair dents on a variety of vehicle panels. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle meets our quality standards. Your role will involve assessing damage, determining the best repair methods, and executing repairs efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner — your ability to communicate effectively will help facilitate a smooth workflow. You may also be required to work overtime during peak business periods to meet customer demands, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
