Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Finance & Strategy Associate to drive strategic decision-making and support financial initiatives. You'll collaborate with various teams to develop financial models and evaluate product effectiveness. This role requires 2+ years of experience in strategic finance or corporate finance.
You have 2+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth technology sector. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decision-making. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various teams to support financial initiatives and improve business processes. Your ability to model financial scenarios and evaluate product effectiveness is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate a fast-paced environment, ensuring that you meet the evolving needs of the business. In this role, you will work closely with partners across Deliveroo to ensure efficient, data-driven decision-making. You will support financial decisions related to various products by evaluating their effectiveness and developing creative strategies for growth. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing key business and financial KPIs, uncovering trends, and assessing current and future business risks and opportunities. You will also drive strategic decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop new processes and investment decision-making frameworks. Additionally, you will support special projects aimed at continuously improving, automating, and scaling investment frameworks, reporting tools, and cost tracking. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of Deliveroo's business model.
