Brex is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. You'll blend customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise to ensure seamless adoption. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, ideally with experience in technical consulting or implementation roles. You understand the importance of customer empathy and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
