In this role, you will manage a book of business worth several million dollars, focusing on the growth and retention of high-value strategic accounts. You will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets. Your responsibilities will include strategically prospecting into key decision-makers and building strong relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of MongoDB solutions.
You will also participate in sales enablement initiatives, learning from experienced colleagues and contributing your insights to improve the sales process.
