You'll engage with the local community through door-to-door sales, helping to promote fiber internet services. This entry-level position offers a Fast Start Training Program to support your growth in sales.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the local face of Ting Internet, engaging with residents in Centennial, CO. Your primary responsibility will be to go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, promoting Ting's fiber internet services. You will participate in the Fast Start Training Program, which is designed to help you earn while you learn, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in sales.
You will set and achieve key activity milestones during your first eight weeks in the field, earning up to $4,800 in training incentives. As you start closing deals, you will also earn commissions on top of your training compensation, creating a performance-linked safety net that rewards your efforts.
Your role will involve actively listening to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Ting Internet can enhance their online experience. You will be responsible for building trust and rapport with the community, ensuring that you represent Ting's values and commitment to providing exceptional service.
