What you'll do

As a Principal Solutions Architect at GitLab, you will be the go-to technical advisor for clients, helping them navigate the complexities of implementing and maximizing the use of GitLab’s DevSecOps platform. You will engage with customers during the pre-sales process, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how GitLab can address their needs. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations and workshops, showcasing the capabilities of the platform and how it can enhance their software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and addressed in proposed solutions. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping product development and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends. You will also play a key role in developing best practices and documentation to support customer onboarding and ongoing success with GitLab.

In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
