As the Trainer Team Lead, you will manage a team of five high-performing trainers responsible for running internal global commercial training programs. You will drive the impact and growth of the Commercial Academy's training efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs and effective collaboration across teams. Your role will involve providing direct leadership and coaching to your team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning. You will work closely with the commercial team to develop training content that is relevant and engaging, ensuring that all training initiatives support the company's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven decisions to enhance their impact. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the training offerings and ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the business.
