You have experience in customer success management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and possess strong communication skills in both Japanese and Korean. You understand the importance of client satisfaction and are adept at building relationships with stakeholders to drive product adoption and long-term value. You are a proactive problem solver who can navigate complex client needs and provide tailored solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. As a Portfolio Customer Success Manager at Viseven, you will play a critical role in ensuring that clients successfully utilize the eWizard platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support to maximize their satisfaction and engagement with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them to leverage our solutions effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including development and project management, to address client feedback and drive continuous improvement in our offerings. Your role will involve monitoring client health metrics and proactively reaching out to clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices and resources to enhance the customer experience across the organization.
