What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on Ridgeline’s UI Experience team, you will play a mission-critical role in building and evolving the core UI framework and component library that powers our next-generation investment management platform. You will collaborate deeply across teams, guiding architecture decisions and influencing the way Ridgeline builds software.

You will be responsible for driving innovation in the UI space, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance developer efficiency and improve the quality of our front-end systems. Your expertise will help shape the UI foundation, enabling product engineers to quickly deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences to our customers.

You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. Your guidance will be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team, ensuring that everyone is equipped to tackle the challenges ahead.

You will actively participate in architectural discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on your extensive experience. Your ability to think critically and strategically will help ensure that our UI framework remains robust and scalable as we continue to grow.
