Netflix is seeking an Associate for their Finance & Strategy team to drive global growth in consumer-facing experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are capable of thinking big-picture while paying attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a high level of intellectual curiosity. You embrace ambiguity and are a solution-oriented problem solver who can communicate complex ideas effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in finance or strategy roles within the entertainment or consumer products sectors would be a plus. Familiarity with themed consumer-facing experiences, such as retail or ticketed events, is also desirable.
In this role, you will support the Experiences team at Netflix, which is responsible for a diverse portfolio of consumer-facing experiences. You will help drive global growth efforts by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for innovation within the portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Experiences and other stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance the consumer experience and drive engagement. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the performance of various experiences and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
