You'll work with SQL and Python to provide insights and recommendations for product and business leaders. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making.
You have a strong background in data analytics with at least 5 years of experience in building analytical solutions — you've successfully led analytics teams and have a proven track record of providing actionable insights to product and business leaders. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau to present your findings clearly. You understand the importance of data-driven decision making and are passionate about improving customer experiences through analytics. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams to understand their needs and deliver insights that drive product development.
Experience with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus, as you will be working with AI Assistant tools. Familiarity with customer support analytics and understanding user interactions with products will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality analytical solutions.
In this role, you will own the product analytics roadmap, prioritizing and delivering solutions that enhance the customer support experience. You will drive day-to-day product analytics, developing a deep understanding of how guests and hosts interact with our customer support products. Your responsibilities will include building timelines and key milestones for projects, providing regular updates to product managers and analytics management, and ensuring that your insights lead to data-informed decisions across the organization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable analytical solutions that support business objectives.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $176,000 to $220,000 USD, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
