Airbnb is seeking a Senior Connectivity Partner Manager to enhance API connectivity partnerships with strategic supply partners. You'll manage key partner relationships and drive value across distribution channels. This role requires experience in partnership management and strong relationship-building skills.
You have a proven track record in managing partnerships, ideally with experience in the travel or technology sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships with executives and decision-makers is key to your success. You are proactive and strategic, always looking for ways to optimize partnerships for mutual benefit. Your fluency in Mandarin is essential for communicating effectively with partners in the APAC region. You understand the dynamics of the sharing economy and have a passion for enhancing connectivity solutions.
Experience working with API connectivity software and distribution software companies is a plus. Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and its community of hosts will give you an edge in understanding partner needs. You are comfortable navigating complex partner ecosystems and can leverage data to drive decisions.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key partners, acting as the primary representative and advocate for these relationships. You will execute a win-win strategy that drives value for both Airbnb and its partners, ensuring that all parties benefit from the collaboration. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new partners, negotiating contracts, onboarding new partners, and optimizing existing partnerships to accelerate growth and performance.
You will collaborate closely with the Regional Key Accounts Lead and other team members to align on strategic goals and initiatives. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for further collaboration. You will also analyze partnership performance metrics to inform your strategies and drive continuous improvement.
