Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through innovative AI solutions. You'll leverage your technical AI knowledge to support customer adoption and success. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. Your technical knowledge of AI enables you to translate complex concepts into clear business value for customers. You are customer-centric and outcomes-focused, always striving to understand your clients' goals and how to achieve them. You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey technical concepts with clarity. Your experience includes developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and guiding customers through end-to-end sales cycles. You are adept at creating thoughtful account plans and territory strategies in partnership with internal teams, ensuring accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Desirable

Experience in cloud computing and familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies would be a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the market. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline. You will guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to agreement, ensuring they understand the value of AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating thoughtful account plans and territory strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and strategies. You will utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting and track progress against sales targets. You will also work closely with customers to understand their goals and support their successful adoption of AI technologies at scale. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth and building sustainable pipelines that contribute to long-term customer success.
