This includes overseeing the administration of long-term incentive processes, managing agreement distributions, and conducting annual salary reviews. You will analyze market data to ensure that OKX's compensation packages are attractive and equitable, helping to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.

You will collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to communicate Total Rewards strategies effectively and ensure alignment across the organization. Your insights will drive decisions on base pay design and annual bonus reviews, contributing to a comprehensive rewards program that supports employee engagement and retention. You will also stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the Total Rewards offerings at OKX.
