Carvana is seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician to perform extensive bodywork and train other technicians. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various bodywork techniques. Your background includes heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and extensive repairs on multiple panels, showcasing your ability to handle complex tasks with precision. You are a team player who enjoys mentoring others, as you will be expected to train other autobody technicians in your role. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction drives you to deliver exceptional results in every project you undertake.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in automotive repair is a plus, as you will be working in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. A strong understanding of the latest industry standards and practices will help you excel in this position. You are adaptable and willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer demands, demonstrating your dedication to the team's success.
As an Experienced Heavy Body Technician at Carvana, you will perform extensive bodywork on various vehicles, including heavy plastic welding and metal repairs. Your role will involve working on roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards for quality and safety.
