What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing mid-stage delinquent auto loan accounts that are 60–89 days past due. Your primary focus will be on curing delinquency and preventing charge-off and repossession through effective customer engagement. You will employ loss-mitigation strategies to negotiate payment plans that work for both the customer and the company. You will maintain strong compliance with all relevant regulations while building rapport with customers to foster trust and understanding. Your ability to act with urgency will be crucial as you work to resolve accounts efficiently. You will collaborate with other team members to share insights and strategies that enhance the overall effectiveness of the collections process.
