Overview

Pigment is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for EPM Sales to lead the full sales cycle and build executive-level relationships with clients. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in managing client relationships.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with c-suite executives. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs has been key to your success in previous roles. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by results, always looking for innovative ways to meet and exceed sales targets.

You are familiar with the SaaS landscape and understand the importance of performance management and business planning solutions. Your experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer success and technical teams, has equipped you with the skills to ensure a seamless client experience from initial interest to deal closure. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on client feedback and market trends.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or business planning sector would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with tools and platforms that enhance business agility and performance management. A background in finance or related fields can also be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the needs of your clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Pigment, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle, from generating initial interest to closing deals.
