You have over 5 years of experience in high-growth Cloud/Data & AI environments, demonstrating a strong ability to lead field sales teams effectively. Your background includes translating highly technical products into quantified business value for C-suite executives, showcasing your understanding of both technology and business needs. You thrive in motivating teams and developing Account Executives into rising stars, fostering a culture of success and achievement.
Your experience includes at least 3 years of selling against open source or freemium models, which has equipped you with the skills to navigate competitive landscapes. You possess a proven track record of delivering on personal and team goals, and you are adept at influencing and empowering your team to reach their full potential. You understand the importance of building trust-based relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term success for both your team and the organization.
Experience in a similar leadership role within the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the nuances of the Emerging Enterprise Segment. You are comfortable with strategic planning and execution, and you have a knack for distilling customer needs into actionable insights that align with your company's value proposition.
As the Emerging Enterprise Sales Leader at Databricks, you will oversee and motivate a team of Account Executives dedicated to growing and expanding customer accounts within the Emerging Enterprise Segment. Your primary responsibility will be to promote revenue success by building and exceeding your team's quarterly and annual sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic plans that evolve with market demands, ensuring your team is equipped to meet and exceed expectations.
You will play a crucial role in creating trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, helping your team understand the commercial goals of customers and how they relate to Databricks' value proposition. Your leadership will guide your team in effectively communicating this value through proposals and presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with customer needs.
