Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Scrum Master with experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Your deep understanding of Agile principles allows you to coach teams effectively, ensuring they deliver high-quality products. You excel at identifying and removing roadblocks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting Agile practices beyond your immediate team. Your ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with external teams makes you an invaluable asset in achieving organizational goals. You are a change agent who inspires teams to embrace Agile methodologies and strive for excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of two scrum teams, ensuring that the Scrum process is implemented smoothly and effectively. You will coach team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Your responsibilities will include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, as well as coordinating dependencies with other teams. You will work closely with team members to identify and resolve any roadblocks that hinder their progress, ensuring that they remain focused and productive. As a Scrum Master, you will also promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and make necessary adjustments to enhance productivity and collaboration.
