Druva is seeking a Technical Account Manager to ensure the success of their largest Enterprise customers by managing post-sale experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
You have a proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction — your experience in technical account management has equipped you with the skills to handle complex customer needs effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
