What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and refining change management and adoption strategies for Berkadia’s digital product portfolio. You will consult and oversee the management of change and adoption efforts, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your ability to assess the scope and readiness for change will be crucial in developing effective plans that drive successful adoption.

You will lead teams and provide direction to effectively manage change initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with Berkadia's strategic goals. Your vision for training and certification programs will play a key role in reinforcing technology adoption and proficiency across the organization. You will create and present updates and overviews to leadership, showcasing the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.

Your role will also involve evaluating the progress of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure success. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, helping Berkadia lead the evolution of the commercial real estate industry.
