Grafana is seeking a Commercial Account Executive, Growth to drive business growth across the ANZ region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing forecasts.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a consultative approach, where understanding customer needs is paramount. Your experience includes managing forecasts and tracking customer data effectively, ensuring that you can identify and close opportunities with existing customers. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a global team. You understand the importance of building strong relationships and are skilled at nurturing these connections to drive growth. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that not every requirement needs to be met to apply for a role that excites you.
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with observability tools or open-source software.
