SVP/VP, Supply Chain

Position Overview: We’re hiring a seasoned operator to take full ownership of our supply chain — the backbone of our business. You’ll lead a complex fulfillment and inventory operation, manage carrier performance across parcel and freight, and build the systems that make our supply chain faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily execution across inventory, fulfillment, and shipping — ensuring the operation runs smoothly, hits every metric, and keeps improving.

• Build and manage relationships with key fulfillment partners and carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL), improving cost, speed, and reliability

• Own the reverse logistics program end-to-end, minimizing friction for the customer while protecting margin and operational simplicity

• Drive supply chain automation and systems upgrades, identifying manual choke points and engineering out inefficiencies

• Design and enforce performance SLAs across fulfillment and shipping, building a metrics-driven culture of operational accountability

• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, tech, and finance to balance growth and margin

• Build a nimble, high-output supply chain organization with clear roles, scalable processes, and ruthless prioritization

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles at high-growth eCommerce or B2B retail organizations

• Deep experience with complex, distributed inventory networks and dynamic fulfillment models

• Expert-level understanding of small parcel and freight shipping operations, including contract negotiation and performance management

• Strong fluency in reverse logistics, returns processing, and post-purchase experience optimization

• Exceptional analytical and systems thinking ability — can break down problems, model solutions, and execute with precision

• Proven track record of process transformation and team building at scale

• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; comfortable setting strategy while rolling up sleeve
