Overview

CLEAR is seeking a VP of People and Performance to lead their corporate People strategy and enhance organizational performance. This role requires a proven track record in talent strategy, leadership development, and change management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in leading people operations, with a focus on developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. Your experience includes partnering with senior leaders to drive results and improve talent retention. You are a solutions-oriented change agent who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the complexities of scaling organizations. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships across various teams to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ensuring that the organization attracts exceptional talent that aligns with its values and goals. Your expertise in leadership development allows you to coach and mentor leaders, helping them to build effective teams and drive engagement. You are adept at change management, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring they are equipped to navigate challenges effectively. You understand the importance of aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive scalable growth.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. What you'll do

Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that people strategies are integrated into all aspects of the business.
