Coupang is hiring an Account Management Specialist to build and manage relationships with merchants, driving business growth through data analysis and tailored strategies. This role requires 3+ years of experience in sales or account management and strong communication skills in Japanese.
You have over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management — you've consistently exceeded sales or growth targets and understand the nuances of building strong client relationships. Your communication and presentation skills in Japanese are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with merchants and stakeholders alike. You possess a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, you thrive on challenges and are eager to pioneer new markets.
Fluency in English is a plus, as it allows you to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tools will enhance your ability to drive insights and improve merchant satisfaction.
