Rubrik is seeking an AI Product Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and manage pipelines for cloud products. This role requires a deep understanding of the product and market dynamics, with a focus on building relationships and closing sales opportunities.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of AI products and their market dynamics — you know the pain points they resolve and can articulate their value proposition effectively. You have a proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing strategic transactions, particularly in mid-enterprise accounts. Your ability to build relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams sets you apart as a champion for your product. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with field teams and resellers to drive growth and success. You are adept at presenting complex solutions within cloud environments and can navigate the intricacies of co-selling with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, aiming to meet and exceed your quota through effective prospecting and qualification of leads. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a significant number of strategic transactions through the sales process. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts to close deals. You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex cloud environments, working alongside direct field teams, partners, and distributors to enable rapid growth. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to Rubrik management regarding local market opportunities and the identification of new business prospects and channel partnerships.
