Uber is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to support the planning and execution of consumer growth campaigns. You'll work with large data sets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Grocery and Retail experience. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
You have a background in operations and logistics management, ideally with experience in consumer growth initiatives. You are comfortable working with large quantities of data and have a knack for creating and deploying effective marketing campaigns. Your strong organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with various stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that drive consumer engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle new challenges as part of a startup team within a larger organization. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are proficient in using martech tools to segment users and manage campaigns.
In this role, you will support and own growth campaigns, which includes the creation and deployment of new CRM campaigns and consumer content. You will be responsible for building briefs, copywriting, and developing creative assets while organizing approvals from cross-functional stakeholders. You will also be hands-on with internal martech tools to segment users and manage campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will support the curation of the in-app Grocery and Retail experience, ensuring that it meets consumer needs and expectations. You will lead the execution of promotional and events plans by delivering merchandising assets and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your role will also involve providing timely Post-Implementation Review (PIR) reporting on merchandising events and assets to assess their effectiveness and inform future strategies.
