Senior Manager, Program Management (Instock Analytics)

Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to define and own long-term visions for demand planning across multiple categories. You are innovative in your approach, always looking for ways to improve predictive models and enhance the accuracy of demand forecasts. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems that impact customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Instock team, focusing on managing inventory to build and maintain a diverse selection of products while controlling costs associated with overstock. You will drive strategic demand forecasting initiatives, ensuring that the company can meet customer needs efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include defining the long-term vision for demand planning and collaborating with various teams to implement innovative solutions.

You will work closely with business and vendor managers to align inventory levels with market demand, ensuring that Coupang can deliver on its promise of fast and reliable service. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance operational performance.

As a senior leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and ensuring that the team meets its goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
