What you'll do

As the Detail Team Lead, you will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will set production and quality goals for your team and work diligently to meet or exceed these targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, providing guidance and support as needed. Identifying areas for improvement will be a key part of your role, and you will implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.

You will engage with your team regularly, providing feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and achieve their potential. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of accountability and excellence within the Inspection Center.
