What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Cambio, you will play a critical role in architecting and developing the backbone of our software platform. Your mission will be to build robust, scalable, and efficient systems that support our real estate sustainability initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product managers and frontend engineers to define and implement new features that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining APIs that facilitate seamless communication between different components of our platform. You will also focus on optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity across our systems. Your role will involve conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team. You will participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve our workflows.
