PadSplit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of features for their multi-sided marketplace. You'll work closely with the Marketplace Product Lead to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic, data-driven mindset and experience in managing complex workstreams.

You thrive at the intersection of user empathy, business impact, and operational excellence. You have experience managing complex workstreams and can bring clarity to ambiguity. Your proactive communication skills and decisive collaboration make you an ideal fit for this role. You take deep ownership of your product domain, whether digital or otherwise, and are committed to driving measurable impact across the ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead the development of features that power PadSplit's multi-sided marketplace, ensuring seamless interactions between members and hosts. You will define and deliver a roadmap that scales operations and deepens user engagement. Collaborating closely with the Marketplace Product Lead, you will strengthen critical verticals such as Member Quality, Property Quality, and Member-to-Host Interactions. You will be responsible for gathering user feedback, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. You will also track key performance indicators to measure the impact of your initiatives and iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance data.
