Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on full-stack development. You are skilled in designing and implementing scalable, multi-tenant backend services and APIs, and you thrive in a remote-first environment. Your expertise spans across various technologies, including Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, allowing you to contribute effectively to both frontend and backend tasks. You are passionate about building products that empower users and enhance their digital experiences, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

You have a solid understanding of database technologies, particularly MongoDB, and you are comfortable working with GraphQL and Apollo for API development. Your experience with cloud services, especially AWS, enables you to deploy and manage applications efficiently. You are familiar with event-driven architectures and have worked with Kafka to handle real-time data processing. You are a proactive problem solver who values craftsmanship and is always looking for ways to optimize and improve existing systems.

Desirable

Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital experience tools is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will help you succeed in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at G2i Inc., you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our AI-native Digital Experience Platform. You will design and implement scalable backend services that support our application hosting and e-commerce experience platforms. Your work will involve integrating new capabilities into our core dashboard and ensuring that our systems can handle the demands of modern web applications.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data engineers to create intuitive and powerful features that enhance user experience. Your contributions will directly impact how entrepreneurs and global enterprises interact with our platform, enabling them to launch and optimize their web experiences without technical barriers.

You will also participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Your expertise will help guide architectural decisions and best practices, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and performance in our codebase.
