Business Intelligence Analyst

Who you are

You are a highly analytical and business-minded individual with 2–3 years of experience in data analytics and market research. You possess a solid background that enables you to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Your communication and collaboration skills allow you to work effectively across teams and drive projects forward. You have a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or fast-growing technology company is preferred, along with familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and key financial KPIs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze internal and external data to assess performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data support for strategic planning and business decision-making. You will conduct in-depth industry and competitive research to inform product direction, user growth, and market strategies. Building, maintaining, and optimizing business dashboards, reports, and core metric monitoring systems will be key to enabling visualization and tracking of business objectives. You will independently or collaboratively execute deep-dive analysis projects, including business forecasting, scenario modeling, and business case evaluation. Collaboration with product, operations, marketing, and other teams will be essential to define data requirements and promote the effective application of data in business execution. You will translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional execution through effective communication.
