NICE is seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to generate new business opportunities and develop professional sales skills. This role is based in Sandy, UT with a hybrid work schedule.
As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you are eager to learn and develop your professional sales skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can investigate prospective clients’ company structures and industry positioning. You are detail-oriented and capable of efficiently logging leads and sales interactions in contact management software. You are motivated to meet or exceed lead development quotas and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of NICE CX products and services.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with potential customers and collaborate with the assigned territory sales team. You are comfortable making calls from provided customer lists and maximizing efforts from inbound opportunities. Your ambition drives you to participate in lead generation campaigns as defined by management, ensuring you contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
While not required, any previous experience in sales or customer service would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM tools or contact management software would also be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to log leads and interactions efficiently.
In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting of potential customers in your assigned territory. You will make calls from provided customer lists and maximize efforts from inbound opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of leads for the sales team. You will participate in lead generation campaigns as defined by management, contributing to the overall strategy for business development.
You will effectively log leads and sales interactions in the NICE CX contact management software tools, maintaining accurate records that will be essential for tracking progress and success. Meeting or exceeding lead development quotas will be a key focus, and you will work closely with the assigned territory sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
