You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in scaling teams in fast-paced environments. Your ability to design and implement effective hiring strategies has led to successful recruitment outcomes in previous roles. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience in building talent acquisition platforms that support rapid growth. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with founders and functional leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
