Snappr is seeking an SEM Manager to manage, optimize, and grow their SEM accounts. You'll work extensively with Google Ads to target both self-service customers and large enterprises. This role requires expertise in search engine marketing.

Who you are

You have a strong background in search engine marketing, particularly with Google Ads — you know the platform inside and out and can navigate its complexities with ease. Your experience includes managing SEM accounts and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently without managing a team. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret data effectively, making informed decisions that enhance campaign performance.

Desirable

Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools that help measure the success of your campaigns. You are customer-focused and understand the importance of tailoring messaging to different audiences, from individuals to large enterprises. A creative mindset helps you develop compelling ad copy that resonates with potential customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Snappr's SEM accounts — your primary focus will be on Google Ads, where you will create and refine campaigns that target a diverse range of customers. You will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance visibility and conversion rates. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring that SEM efforts align with broader business goals.

You will also conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for new campaigns and refine existing ones, ensuring that Snappr remains competitive in the marketplace. Regular reporting on campaign performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to communicate results and insights to stakeholders effectively. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve Snappr's SEM efforts.
