You have over 8 years of experience as a hands-on Solutions Architect or Data Engineer, where you've designed and implemented complex data solutions that meet the needs of global enterprises. Your expertise includes leading teams and mentoring other engineers, ensuring that you foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.

You possess strong programming skills in Java, Python, and Scala, allowing you to develop end-to-end technical solutions that are not only effective but also secure, scalable, and performant. Your familiarity with core cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and GCP enables you to leverage the best tools for the job.

Your SQL skills are top-notch; you can write, debug, and optimize SQL queries with ease, ensuring that data integration processes run smoothly. You are also adept at client-facing communication, both written and verbal, which allows you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Desirable

Experience with tools like Fivetran, Pinecone, Glean, and dbt is a plus, as it complements your existing skill set and enhances your ability to deliver cutting-edge services. A background in mentoring and leading teams will further strengthen your candidacy, as you will be expected to guide less experienced engineers in their professional development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join phData, a leader in the modern data stack, where you will partner with major cloud data platforms to tackle some of the toughest data challenges faced by enterprises. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients, ensuring that they can leverage their data effectively.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve developing technical specifications, overseeing the implementation of data pipelines, and ensuring that all solutions meet performance and security standards.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will also take on a leadership role, mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow their skills. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking ways to improve our offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
