Glovo is seeking a Retail Partnerships & Growth Manager to lead the Non-Food Retail vertical in Romania. You'll be responsible for growing the portfolio of retail partners through sales excellence and outstanding partner management. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving growth in a retail or similar environment — your experience has equipped you with the skills to lead teams and develop strategies that enhance partner relationships and expand market reach. You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable navigating challenges while maintaining a focus on results. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to bring their authentic selves to work, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. Experience in the Q-Commerce sector or a similar fast-paced industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with non-food retail categories. You are comfortable using various tools and platforms to manage partnerships effectively and have a strong understanding of sales processes and account management principles.
As the Retail Partnerships & Growth Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers focused on expanding Glovo's Non-Food Retail vertical in Romania. Your primary responsibility will be to grow the portfolio of retail partners, which includes pharmacies, pet stores, flower shops, and consumer electronics stores. You will develop and implement strategies that drive sales excellence and enhance partner management, ensuring that Glovo remains a leader in the Q-Commerce space. You will work closely with your team to set clear objectives and performance metrics, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be crucial in identifying new partnership opportunities and optimizing existing relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the needs of partners are met and that Glovo's offerings align with market demands.
