HubSpot is hiring a Partner Sales Acquisition Manager to identify and close partnerships as part of the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. You'll utilize consultative selling skills and HubSpot's CRM tools to develop a pipeline of high-value partners. This role requires proficiency in managing partner relationships and a strong understanding of HubSpot's software.
You have a strong background in sales and partner management, with experience in consultative selling that allows you to effectively communicate the value of software solutions. Your ability to dissect a partner's business goals and identify pain points makes you a valuable asset in the acquisition process. You are comfortable using CRM and AI prospecting tools to create a quality pipeline of potential partners, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with internal stakeholders.
You are fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with partners effectively. Your knowledge of the loop marketing methodology and HubSpot's software will help you guide prospective partners in improving their client acquisition and retention rates. You are proactive in sourcing your own leads while also managing warm inbound inquiries, demonstrating your ability to balance multiple sales strategies.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with SaaS products, is a plus. Familiarity with the DACH market and its unique challenges will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are a strategic thinker who can bring innovative ideas to advance HubSpot's values and goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships that align with HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to engage with potential partners, helping them understand how HubSpot's software can enhance their business operations. Your responsibilities will include creating a robust pipeline of partner acquisitions, utilizing HubSpot’s CRM and AI tools to identify and recruit high-value partners.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Acquisition & Growth, regional sales leads, and DACH partner leaders to support the acquisition process. Your role will involve dissecting potential partners' business goals and pain points, guiding them through the decision-making process to join the Partner Program. You will become an expert in presenting the loop marketing methodology and how it can drive growth for partners.
Your success will be measured by your ability to close deals and build lasting relationships with partners. You will also contribute to advancing HubSpot's values and unique selling propositions, ensuring that the partner acquisition strategy aligns with the company's overall objectives.
