Narmi is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their Counsel team. You'll review, analyze, and negotiate commercial contracts while overseeing the contract management system. This role requires strong collaboration with various business functions.
You have a strong background in contract management and legal processes, ideally with experience in the financial technology sector. You understand the intricacies of commercial contracts and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all agreements align with company policies and legal standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to facilitate contract negotiations. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions, ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.
Experience with contract management systems, particularly Ironclad, is a plus. Familiarity with the digital banking landscape and community financial institutions will help you navigate the unique challenges of this role. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple contracts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
As a Contracts Manager at Narmi, you will play a crucial role in the Counsel team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. Your primary responsibility will be to review, analyze, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business while protecting the company's interests.
