What you'll do

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the logistics center by ensuring that work processes run smoothly according to established plans. You will assist in production management tasks, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement alongside your team. Collaborating with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), you will monitor delivery statuses and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will also be involved in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and promoting standardization across operations. This position offers you the opportunity to learn about logistics management and the inner workings of Amazon's delivery network while working under the guidance of managers and team leaders. You will have the chance to advance your career through internal opportunities and shift-based work, including night shifts.
