You have a strong background in partner development and management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in technology partnerships. You understand the complexities of the IT industry and have a proven track record of building successful relationships with technology partners. Your ability to think strategically and creatively allows you to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of both partners and customers. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about technology and are eager to contribute to the growth of AWS's partner ecosystem.

What you'll do

As an Expansion Partner Development Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the AMER region. You will work closely with partners headquartered in EMEA to help them scale their operations and achieve success in the American market. Your role will involve recruiting new partners, providing them with the necessary resources and support, and ensuring they have the tools to succeed. You will analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with AWS's overall business objectives. Your efforts will directly impact the adoption of AWS services and the success of our partners.
