What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical aspects of deploying Doctolib's solutions within healthcare establishments. You will conduct audits alongside functional experts to tailor the product to the specific information systems of each institution. You will oversee the technical deployment process, coordinating with technical contacts at healthcare facilities to implement connectors and validate the functionality of interfaces. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines throughout the entire lifecycle. As a technical expert in interoperability, you will collaborate with the development team to guide API design and propose potential enhancements. You will serve as the primary technical contact for healthcare IT departments, sales teams, and partner editors, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the deployment process. You will also liaise with the dedicated support and monitoring team to address any issues that arise post-deployment.
