Airtable is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own customer storytelling and develop engaging content that showcases AI use cases. You'll work closely with customers to create detailed demos and narratives. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in developing customer-centric narratives that resonate with target audiences. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify high-impact use cases and translate complex concepts into engaging stories that highlight customer success. You possess a deep curiosity about customer workflows and challenges, enabling you to ask the right questions and extract valuable insights. Your ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams ensures that the content you create is not only informative but also impactful. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading demo sessions that showcase real-world applications of products. You are passionate about using storytelling to position customers as leaders in their respective fields, particularly in the realm of AI.
Experience with no-code platforms or familiarity with AI technologies would be a plus, as would a background in content creation or marketing strategy. You are adept at using analytics to inform your storytelling and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in marketing.
In this role, you will take ownership of customer storytelling for Airtable, focusing on AI use cases that solve real business problems. You will conduct in-depth interviews with customers to understand their workflows and challenges, ensuring that you capture their stories authentically. Leading demo sessions will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will guide customers through their builds and highlight the value they derive from Airtable. You will create detailed, demo-led content that not only showcases the product but also educates potential users on its capabilities. Your work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure that the narratives you develop align with the overall product strategy. You will also be responsible for measuring the impact of your content and iterating on it based on feedback and performance metrics.
