HelloFresh is seeking Process Workers to join their manufacturing teams in Karawatha. You'll be responsible for pick packing and food manufacturing tasks while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. This position is suitable for candidates available for various shifts.
You are someone who is ready to take on the responsibilities of a Process Worker in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You understand the importance of adhering to Good Manufacturing and Food Safety standards, ensuring that all tasks are performed with high attention to detail. You are available to work across a minimum of four days a week, with shifts that may start as early as 5-6 am or as late as 8 pm. You are comfortable with repetitive manual handling and can lift loads of up to 20kg, or work collaboratively for heavier loads. You maintain high standards of personal hygiene and are proactive in alerting supervisors about any concerns regarding product quality or safety.
In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to the manufacture of Youfoodz products, including pick packing and ensuring that all food handling is done in accordance with established safety standards. You will use provided equipment as instructed and maintain it according to documented policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to traffic management policies within the workspace and ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn correctly throughout your shift.
