You are an Engineering Operation Technician with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems. You have hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining critical infrastructure, ensuring that technology operates at peak performance. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills allow you to address issues swiftly, contributing to an extraordinary uptime of 99.999%. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside a diverse team of engineers and specialists to support the operational needs of data centers.
You possess knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, including switch gear, UPSs, and PDUs. Your familiarity with diesel generators and fuel systems enhances your ability to maintain essential equipment. You are comfortable working with cooling systems, air handlers, and pumps, ensuring that all components function efficiently. You understand the importance of safety protocols and adhere to best practices in all maintenance activities.
Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus, as it aligns with the operational goals of the team. Familiarity with data center operations and mission-critical facilities will help you excel in this role.
