International HR Operations Manager, EMEA

Who you are

As an International HR Operations Manager for EMEA, you will be the go-to expert responsible for understanding and implementing local compliance processes. You care deeply about both the employee and customer experience, and you can simplify complex legal concepts into clear, easy-to-understand terms. You genuinely enjoy figuring out how and why things work and are excited by opportunities to drive improvements. You love learning about new products and subject matter, such as employment law updates, and helping others learn as well.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate compliance processes across the International organization and execute these processes directly with customers and employees where needed. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that HR operations align with local regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance, providing guidance on HR-related issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be involved in training and supporting employees to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities under local laws.
