What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and optimization of Waabi's diverse real estate and facilities portfolio across the United States and Canada. You will develop and execute a long-term facilities portfolio strategy that aligns with the company's growth plans, financial objectives, and cultural values. This includes identifying opportunities for optimization, consolidation, expansion, and new site selection. You will play a critical role in shaping the long-term facilities strategy, ensuring that the physical footprint aligns with business objectives and employee needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the facilities meet the operational requirements and support the company's mission of bringing self-driving technology closer to commercialization. Your ability to analyze data and trends will be essential in making informed decisions about the portfolio's future direction.
